Tangata Rau kapa haka festival to draw crowds in Palmerston North
Up to 1800 people are expected to attend the Tangata Rau kapa haka festival in Palmerston North.
The regional competition is a qualifier for the Te Matatini National Kapa Haka Competition and takes place on February 29 at the Regent on Broadway.
